June Daughton was watching TV with her family one moment, and the next moment her life changed forever!

Two, time-travelling agent, Drex and Mira take June with her and to protect her from clutches of Codax. June is perplexed and, she has no idea what is going on around her. What does all this mean and who is Codax. Will June find answers to her questions?

June’s life is upended in matters of second. Once she leaves with Drex and Mira, her reality is convoluted. Everything she knew changed and everyone she knew isn’t around her. The description of the tunnel and the headquarters are vivid.

The book is brilliant. It delivers the concept time travel with such crispness and clarity; readers have no difficulty understanding it. In this short book, the author did a remarkable job in explaining the intriguing topics.

The beauty of the book also lies in June’s relationship with her parents. The ending is beautiful and heart-warming.

The book follows the two narration, in the present where June escapes with the time agents. The second narration involves two people in love and talking to each other about despair, pain and being on the two sides of principles.

The book is fast-paced, and the readers wishing there were more. The ending is beautiful and serene.

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Thank you, Nicholas Carter for the copy of the book in exchange for my honest review.
